IMPACTS OF THE WORK IN DOWNTOWN MONTRÉAL ON RTL SERVICE
Longueuil, June 25, 2015 – The work currently taking place in downtown Montréal, specifically on the Bonaventure Expressway, is having major consequences on the Réseau de transport de Longueuil (RTL) bus lines that serve the downtown terminus. The RTL is aware of the inconveniences that this work is causing its customers and asks that they be patient with RTL employees, in particular, the bus drivers, who only want to do their jobs safely.
All parties involved are working together to identify solutions to minimize the traffic impacts of this major project. Along with its partners, the RTL is meeting regularly with the Bonaventure project office to monitor the progress of the work and the disruptions it is causing. Moreover, teams of RTL supervisors in the field are doing everything possible to keep traffic moving smoothly.
The RTL wishes to thank its customers for their understanding and invites them to submit their comments, complaints, or suggestions to Customer Service at 450-463-0131, and to visit the RTL website for more information: www.rtl-longueuil.qc.ca.
