RTL CONTRIBUTES TO COMMUNITY LIFE - Shuttles to major events

Longueuil, April 5, 2019 - The Réseau de transport de Longueuil (RTL) is pleased to announce the renewal of several partnership agreements that will ensure users can continue to ride several lines for free during cultural and sporting events in the Agglomération.

In fact, festival goers will be able to use lines 1 and 6 for free for the Festival Classica, various lines for Ville de Longueuil’s “en fête” events, and lines 61 and 80 for La Grande Gourmandise. To ride the bus free of charge to an event site, users will have to show a coupon, which they can download from the RTL website.

“The RTL is a key player in the mobility sector and wants to encourage users to participate in the cultural and sporting events that take place in the Agglomération. We encourage all citizens from the greater metropolitan area to come visit us,” stated Pierre Brodeur, Chairman of the RTL Board of Directors.

Full details of the times users can ride buses for free during each event will be posted soon on the RTL website.
