CORPORATE OFFICE
The Corporate Office's activities and functions include organizational matters, and the Secretariat.
The Board of Directors appoints a General Manager for a mandate that cannot exceed five years. This mandate can be renewed.

The Executive Director responsibilities include:
- managing the entire office staff;
- liaising with the Board of Directors, the Board's committees and the RTL's staff;
- ensuring that all the Board's decisions are implemented;
- performing any other duty assigned by the Board of Directors.
The Executive Director attends the Board's and the Executive Committee's meetings, but does not vote.
Secretariat
The Secretariat regularly provides advice and legal opinions. It produces and analyzes various contract agreements and supervises the implementation of the RTL's corporate programs. It also coordinates the meetings of the Board, of the Board's four committees, and of the five retirement committees.
