In charge of transportation activities, the Operations Division is the largest division in terms of personnel and services. All other divisions lend support to the Operations Division which is the heart of the organization.

Daily management activities, whether on the road or in the two garages, include the shared taxi service, the adapted transportation service and the integrated school transportation service.
