The Administration and Finance Department is responsible for all financial aspects, including budget preparation and financial statements, accounting, accounts payable, the payroll, and revenue. Since 2003, it is also responsible for managing information systems.

Its mandate also includes negotiating contracts with suppliers, equipment purchasing, and managing the vehicle maintenance inventory.
