THE RTL'S MISSION
The RTL's mission is as follows: "To improve the quality of life of citizens in the territory served by the RTL by meeting their evolving transportation needs through the promotion and cost-effective operation of various quality and environmentally friendly public transportation means."
VALUES
Human resources are the corporation's intelligent force. The RTL's growth and the improvement of its processes can only be achieved with the active involvement of its employees and with the ongoing support and collaboration of its elected officials.
Respect for individuals. Teamwork, a team approach in resolving problems and customer focus require that each employee has the required openness and attitude, which means the ability to listen to the opinions of others and to show empathy towards people.
