For a lost card, the RTL can transfer the balance of transit fares onto a new OPUS card if the lost card was registered.

Print and fill the registration form and leave it duly completed at either the Longueuil or the Downtown ticketing office.

Replacement cost
Should you loose your card, you do not have to pay for new transit fares, but you will however have to purchase a new OPUS card at the current rate.

To do so, you must go to either the Longueuil or the Downtown ticketing office between the 5th and the 25th day of the month.
