Departure of RTL’s executive director

Longueuil, February 5, 2016  – The Executive Director of the Réseau de transport de Longueuil (RTL), Guy Benedetti, announced to the members of the Board of Directors his intention to resign from his position effective March 11. The Board of Directors acknowledged this announcement yesterday at a public meeting.

“We applaud Mr. Benedetti's contribution as the RTL’s Executive Director, in particular his role in developing the Vision d’ensemble 2013-2022 strategic plan, and its two main components: sustainable mobility and sustainable management of resources. We appreciate the diligence and sound management that he displayed during his term. Mr. Benedetti has decided to pursue other challenges, and we wish him all the best in his new position,” declared Colette Éthier, Chairman of the Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors plans to meet in the near future to agree on the next steps.
