RTL and Operation Red Nose Longueuil/Rive-Sud renew partnership

Longueuil, December 6, 2016 - The Réseau de transport de Longueuil (RTL) is proud to announce that it has renewed its agreement with Operation Red Nose Longueuil/Rive-Sud to encourage citizens of the Agglomération to celebrate responsibly by using an alternative form of transportation instead of driving home after an evening of festive cheer.

The Bringing you home for the holidays campaign runs through December 31, 2016. “The Holidays are just around the corner, and there are parties and gatherings at every turn. The most important thing is getting home safely. There’s no shortage of options: Hop on an RTL bus, appoint a designated driver, or pick up the phone and call Operation Red Nose Longueuil/Rive-Sud for a safe and free ride home,” stated RTL Chairman Colette Éthier.

The Operation Red Nose Longueuil/Rive-Sud corporate event for the RTL was held on December 2. To mark the occasion, RTL representatives kicked off Operation Red Nose’s Tournée de la mascotte aboard a bus, which made stops at several festive events to raise awareness about the importance of not drinking and driving. As a proud partner of Operation Red Nose, the RTL will be promoting the campaign in different ways throughout the Holiday season.
