NEW RTL EMPLOYEE RECOGNITION PROGRAM

Longueuil, May 1, 2017 – The Réseau de transport de Longueuil (RTL) is proud to have launched its very first employee recognition program. Stemming from the management philosophy adopted by the RTL’s Board of Directors in April 2015, the program aims to recognize employees who play a vital role in the company’s success, honouring them for their dedication and contribution to the RTL’s mission.

Inspired by best industry practices and consisting of several activities throughout the year, the recognition program was launched during the first ever Employee Recognition Week, which took place from April 10 to 14. A recognition ceremony was also held the same week, where a total of 12 prizes were awarded in four categories, honouring results, effort, expertise, and people.

“Employee recognition has always been a priority for me. It was important for me to make sure that the employees are recognized and that their dedication and contribution to our public transit mission is celebrated,” stated Colette Éthier, Chairman of the RTL’s Board of Directors. “I’m very proud of this new program, and I’d like to congratulate all the winners, as well as the Human Resources department for their hard work!”
