WALK FOR FONDATION SOURCE BLEUE

RTL to offer free shuttle service

Longueuil, May 2, 2017 – The Réseau de transport de Longueuil (RTL), in collaboration with the city of Boucherville, is proud to announce that it will once again this year offer free shuttle service to participants in the 8th edition of the Marche Source Bleue. The walk, scheduled to take place on Sunday, May 7, will raise funds for the Maison de soins palliatifs Source Bleue.

“The RTL is pleased to be able to transport walkers safely to and from this fundraising event for a cause that’s very important to us. We feel very strongly about supporting organizations within the Agglomération, which is why we’re very proud of our ongoing partnership with the Maison Source Bleue,” stated Colette Éthier, Chairman of the RTL Board of Directors.

On May 7, three shuttle buses will transport participants free of charge between the De Montarville terminal in Boucherville and the Maison Source Bleue, located at 1130 rue de Montbrun. Departure times will be posted on site, and on the RTL’s and Maison Source Bleue’s websites. The buses will run at 10-minute intervals between 7:45 a.m. and 8:35 a.m., and between 8:55 a.m. and 9:45 a.m. Return trips will start at 11:30 a.m. until the end of the event.
