RTL RECOGNIZED FOR ITS CUSTOMER SERVICE

Longueuil, October 11, 2018 – During the annual conference of the Association du transport urbain du Québec (ATUQ), the Réseau de transport de Longueuil (RTL) was awarded a Recognition award for the quality of its customer service.

“Over the past few years, we’ve made it a priority to modernize and improve our customer service. So, we’re very proud to accept this award, and we’d like to congratulate our employees for being a part of this success,” stated Pierre Brodeur, Chairman of the RTL Board of Directors.

By reviewing its work processes and expanding its schedules, the RTL was able to increase access to its services and reduce wait times for users. The Chrono passenger information system now lets customer service representatives track buses in real time, allowing them to be more efficient and responsive.

“These improvements are the outcome of the hard work and top-notch collaboration between the department manager and all the customer service representatives, who embraced the changes with open arms. The team was able to implement these changes while maintaining this essential service for our users. Congratulations!” added Michel Veilleux, Executive Director, Réseau de transport de Longueuil (RTL).
