RTL TAKES PART IN DÉFI SANS AUTO SOLO
Longueuil, September 13, 2018 – The Réseau de transport de Longueuil (RTL) is proud to participate in the Défi sans auto solo, which will take place from September 17 to 23. The RTL encourages its employees to use public transit for one or more days during the week of the Défi. With a remarkable number of participants in 2015, the RTL was one of the winners of that year’s friendly competition between companies.
“We’re challenging all companies in the Agglomération de Longueuil to encourage their employees to trade in their solo car trip for carpooling, the bus, metro or active transportation. Make a difference in the battle against greenhouse gas emissions by trying to change your travel habits. Give public transit a try—you won’t regret it!” stressed Pierre Brodeur, Chairman of the RTL Board of Directors.
