2019 RENDEZ-VOUS DE LA MAIRIE: RTL TAKES PART IN THE FESTIVITIES

Longueuil, June 26, 2019 - The citizens of the Agglomération de Longueuil will once again be able to rely on the Réseau de transport de Longueuil (RTL) to get to the 2019 Rendez-vous de la Mairie, to take place on July 4 at Parc de la Rivière-aux-Pins.

The outdoor concert will feature singer-songwriter Cœur de pirate, accompanied by tenor Marc Hervieux. The musicians from the Orchestre symphonique de Longueuil will also make an appearance, led by conductor Marc David.

“Mr. David will lead his final concert after 25 years with the celebrated orchestra,” stated Pierre Brodeur, Chairman of the RTL Board of Directors. “This is an evening not to be missed! We are also very pleased to offer shuttle service to anyone wishing to attend the event hassle-free.”

As the official public transit provider for the event, the RTL will offer a free shuttle service between the parking lots at the Centre multifonctionnel Francine-Gadbois and École secondaire de Mortagne, and Parc de la Rivière-aux-Pins, from 6:45 to 8:15 p.m. and from 9:45 to 10:30 p.m.
