Longueuil, November 18, 2019 - The Réseau de transport de Longueuil (RTL) is actively contributing to the economic development of the region. In fact, according to a study conducted and recently updated by the Association du transport urbain du Québec (ATUQ), 67% of the RTL’s expenditures were made in the Montérégie administrative region. “The RTL contributes to the urban fabric of municipalities and generates a wide range of benefits related to the environment, health, security, and many other factors that help improve quality of life for the community,” explained Pierre Brodeur, Chairman of the RTL Board of Directors. “It serves as an economic catalyst and contributes to social equity.”
