RTL SERVICES OVER THE HOLIDAYS
Longueuil, December 19, 2019 - The Réseau de transport de Longueuil (RTL) wishes to inform its users that a special holiday schedule will be in effect on December 24, 25, 26 and 31, 2019, and on January 1 and 2, 2020 for regular transit services, and between December 24, 2019 and January 2, 2020 for paratransit services. The modified schedule will apply to all RTL services.

Paratransit service
Note that regular trips will be cancelled between December 24, 2019, and January 2, 2020. People wishing to use the paratransit service during this period must make an occasional trip request. The paratransit service will operate on the Saturday schedule, from 6:30 a.m. to 1 a.m.
Shared taxi service
The shared taxi service will operate on the Saturday schedule on December 24, 26 and 31, 2019, and on January 2, 2020, with the exception of lines T22 and T89, which will operate on the weekday schedule. Users of line T77 should consult the holiday schedule.
The service will operate on the Sunday schedule on December 25 and January 1.
The RTL à la demande service will be cancelled on December 25 and 26 and on January 1.
Customer service
During the holiday period, Customer service will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. on weekdays, and from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays and on December 24, 25, 26 and 31, and January 1 and 2.
The lost and found counter at the Longueuil terminal ticket counter will also be open during this period on December 23, 27 and 30, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
Free for children
The RTL offers free rides for children aged 11 and under on the legal holidays, namely December 24, 25, 26 and 31, and January 1 and 2. Children also ride for free on weekends, starting at 6 p.m. on Friday until the end of service on Sunday. A maximum of five children aged 6-11 per adult may ride for free. The RTL also lets children aged 6 and under ride for free at all times with an adult.
Additions and changes as of January 6
Schedule and route changes will take effect on certain lines starting on Monday, January 6, 2020, with a view to improving service.
