RTL TO SERVE AS OFFICIAL TRANSIT PROVIDER FOR FESTIVAL CLASSICA

Longueuil, May 17, 2019 - For the fifth consecutive year, the RTL will serve as the official transit provider for Festival Classica, to be held from May 24 to June 16.

“We are pleased to be associated with this classical music festival, which will take place partly in beautiful downtown Saint-Lambert. With its highly varied program, Festival Classica is open to all. We encourage festival goers to use public transit as an affordable and reliable way to get to and from the event site, without any of the hassles of parking,” stated Pierre Brodeur, Chairman of the RTL Board of Directors.

Festival goers can ride lines 1 and 6 for free starting at 6 p.m. on Friday, May 31, until the end of service on Sunday, June 2. Lines 1, 6, 13 and 15 will be also free on Saturday, June 15 from 6 p.m. until the end of service on presentation of a free-ride coupon. A shuttle will also run between the Longueuil terminal and the festival site in Saint-Lambert from 7:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., on Saturday, June 1 and 15.
