Twitter Service
Provided it receives the information and/or it is received on time, the RTL will give its customers MAJOR information that could impact their trips.
The types of transmitted information will be:
- Disruptions affecting lines 61 and 170, when there is a delay of 15 minutes or more or if the service is cancelled;
- Disruptions affecting one or a group of lines (for example, all lines using the Champlain Bridge), when there is a delay of 15 minutes or more or if the service is cancelled;
- When lines are diverted from their usual route.
The information will be transmitted during the following hours:
From Monday to Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The transmitted information is to the best of our knowledge and for information purposes only. The RTL is not responsible for any inconveniences the information or lack thereof could cause its customers.
