BUS SERVICE 
SITUATION BACK TO NORMAL

As you are aware, we were forced to cancel several departures over the past two weeks due to a shortage of buses.

 

Service interruptions are a last-resort measure that we do not take lightly. We took the situation very seriously and made every effort to maintain regular schedules. Like other Montréal-area transit companies, we have been affected by the ongoing temperature fluctuations and intense cold weather, not to mention operating problems that aggravated the situation. 

 

Rest assured that we have spared no effort to restore service throughout the network, tightening control over our operations in order to rectify the situation as quickly as possible, and we will continue to work hard to provide a sustained level of service.
