LOST ITEMS

Oh, no! Think you forgot something in an RTL paratransit vehicle?

Don’t worry, we can help!
Here’s what to do:

1. Call the reservation centre right away at 450-670-2992.
2. Select option 1, then menu 2.

IF YOUR ITEM IS FOUND
You’ll smile from ear to ear when one of our representatives calls with the good news! After confirming your identity, they’ll set up an appointment to pick up your item at the RTL’s lost and found counter at the Longueuil terminal.

IF YOUR ITEM IS NOT FOUND
Unfortunately, you won’t hear from us.

FOUND ITEMS

Did you find a stray glove or a pair of glasses in an RTL paratransit vehicle?

Do a good deed—tell the driver right away. The owner will be thrilled to get their item back.

 
DID YOU KNOW?
After 10 business days, all unclaimed items are donated to a charity or recycled. However, if the owner can be identified (e.g., health insurance card or driver’s licence), they are returned to the issuing agency or shredded.
