To use the automated service :
  1. Create your account
  2. Get your password by calling 450 670-2992, option 3
  3. Access your file by entering your *customer number and password in the appropriate boxes

You can use our online service to do the following :
  1. Request an occasional trip
  2. Obtain trip detail (origin-destination, time, etc.)
  3. Confirm trip time
  4. Cancel a trip
  5. Report a delay
 
The online service cannot be used to reserve a regular or metropolitan trip, or an on-call return.
