You must call our Reservation Center to make a change to your planned trip :
No later than 7 p.m. the day before for a local trip.
At least two days before, not including the day of the trip, for a metropolitan trip.
At least two hours before the planned departure time for a same-day trip.
Changes are subject to vehicle availability.
Please let us know as soon as possible if you must cancel a reservation, even if it is a few minutes before the start of the time slot.

Please allow a reasonable amount of time to cancel a metropolitan trip. Cancellations without reasonable notice or upon the vehicle’s arrival deprive other users of a place on board the vehicle.
If you are not present at the departure point
Important : If you are not present at your departure point, your return trip will be automatically cancelled. To keep your return trip, you must inform a Reservations Center agent no more than 30 minutes after the end of the time slot for which you were absent. For example, if you are absent for an outbound trip scheduled between 12:30 and 1:00 p.m., you must call us no later than 1:30 p.m. to keep your return trip. If you are absent for your return trip and call the Reservations Center to arrange a new return trip, your request will be processed according to vehicle availability.
What you need to know:
The RTL will contact users who repeatedly fail to show up for their trips or who cancel at the last minute.
Cancelling a trip at the door or without reasonable notice reduces vehicle availability and prevents other users from getting on the vehicle. Schedules are designed to accommodate everyone’s needs and drivers are not permitted to change schedules or trips. It is important to respect reservation times as this makes it possible to provide reliable service to all users.
